1. Terms of Use — Metabo

1. Who We Are

Metabo is operated by Metabo Ltd (company number 16718350), registered at:
71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (“Metabo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of metabohealth.io and any related services (the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Metabo.

2. What Metabo Does (and Does Not Do)

Metabo provides health coaching and guidance focused on metabolic health, including:

• Doctor-led, generalised health guidance

• Analysis and interpretation of third-party data and health reports

• Coaching from fitness, nutrition and metabolic health professionals

• Integration with tracking devices (for example, Lingo, Withings)

  
  

Metabo does not provide emergency medical care and is not a replacement for:

• Your own GP or doctor

• Specialist medical care

• Emergency services

  
  

Any clinical consultations are provided separately via our partner Cinnamon Healthcare Ltd or your own healthcare provider. Those relationships are governed by their own terms and are not covered by these Terms.

Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions you have regarding a medical condition.

3. Who Can Use Metabo

To use Metabo, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be resident in the United Kingdom

• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself

  
  

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Cancellations

Access to some parts of the Service may require payment of a subscription fee or programme fee.

• All fees are clearly communicated before you subscribe.

• No refunds are offered, including for part-used periods, unless required by law.

• You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

  
  

If you access any service or consultation via our partner Cinnamon Healthcare or other third parties, their fees, terms and refund policies apply separately.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide information that is true, accurate and complete, including health-related data.

• Use Metabo only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

• Not misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the Service, or copying or redistributing content without our permission.

You are responsible for any decision you make based on information obtained through Metabo. We encourage you to discuss any changes to your treatment, medication, or health regime with your doctor.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Metabo, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Metabo Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Services for your own individual use. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute or publicly display our content without written permission.

• Use our trademarks or branding without our consent.

  
  

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Metabo may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as:

• Tracking devices and apps (e.g. Lingo, Withings)

• Healthcare partners (e.g. Cinnamon Healthcare)

• Analytics and communication tools

  
  

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, apps or services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Every individual is different. While Metabo aims to support improved metabolic health, weight management and performance, we do not guarantee:

• Specific health outcomes

• Weight loss targets

• Changes to medication

• Performance or fitness results

  
  

Any examples, case studies or testimonials are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results for you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Metabo and its directors, employees, contractors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  
  

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may update or change the Services at any time, including adding or removing features.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use Metabo after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
